My wife’s wedding ring, I wanted to combine two wedding bands and an engagement ring, into one minimal design. Whilst I would not wear a wedding band myself, I wanted it to be represented in the final ring design. The engagement ring locks in the middle between two bands, creating one simple unified design. This project also allowed me really explore 3D printing. Rings were modelled in Solidworks, which were then printed by the company casting them out in 18 carat white gold. A jeweller cleaned and made them fit along with setting the diamond. Designed and printed a twist ring box finished with two pack red paint.
