I've always enjoyed lighting design, this particular design was influenced by a specific lighting mechanism used in photographic studios. The ‘Barndoors’, as they are known, are manually operated light deflectors, which can control the direction of light. The light I designed and made here uses energy efficient variable LED's. Light construction: Barn doors are aluminium, central box CNC shaped steel , spray finished in matt black.
