I designed a pair of sunglasses using the latest and best 3D printing techniques available. The design was influenced by 1920’s round horn-rimmed glasses. Glasses construction: Frames are printed in clear ABS and lacquered. The arms are printed in solid aluminium and polished. Hinges are machined aluminium. The frame and arms contain magnets to lock the arms into place. I machined the case from black acrylic with laser cut foam inserts.
